Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

When booking a tour or purchasing a service from www.praveensir.org, you agree to the following terms regarding payment:

• Total Cost of the Tour: The total cost of the tour is $2,600 USD (Per Person).
• Advance Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $600 USD is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $2,000 USD must be paid by January 15, 2025.
• Full Payment Option: If you prefer, you may pay the full amount of $2,600 USD at the time of booking.

Failure to make the full payment by January 15, 2025, will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Before January 15, 2025: If you cancel your booking after paying the deposit but before January 15, 2025, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less an 18% cancellation fee.
• After January 15, 2025: Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued.

Package Inclusions

The tour package costs $2,600 USD per person and includes the following:

• Transport
• Accommodation at best Hotels and Resorts
• Meals
• Tickets for local visits

Please note that the package does not include arrival and departure tickets to and from India.

Medical Insurance Requirement

It is mandatory for all participants to have valid medical insurance before participating in the tour. Proof of medical insurance coverage must be provided to the Company prior to the tour. The Company will not be held liable for any medical expenses or claims arising during or after the tour, whether caused by illness, accident, or other medical emergencies.

Non-Transferable Bookings

Bookings made through www.praveensir.org are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your booking or tour package to another person or change the names of participants without prior approval from the Company. Such requests may incur additional fees, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.

Changes to the Itinerary

The Company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or other safety concerns. In such cases, the Company will provide reasonable alternatives or adjustments, but these changes do not entitle participants to any refunds.

Liability Waiver

The Company acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers such as transportation services, accommodations, and tour guides. As such, the Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third parties or any unforeseen circumstances during the tour.

Participants agree to waive any claims against the Company and its employees or agents for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the tour.

Personal Conduct and Responsibility

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs during the tour. Any conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe by the Company or its representatives may result in removal from the tour without a refund. The Company will not be responsible for any legal consequences or fines incurred by participants as a result of misconduct or illegal activities.

Travel Documentation and Visas

It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain and maintain valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits. The Company is not responsible for any delays, additional costs, or cancellations resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political instability, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the Company will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives, but refunds are not guaranteed.
