Cancellation Policy

• Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booked spiritual or healing service, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid any charges.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full fee for the session will be charged.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 -7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Non-Refundable Services: Services that have been rendered or partially completed are non-refundable. Custom mantras or spiritual remedies tailored to individual needs are also non-refundable.
• Package Refunds: For package purchases, refunds will be calculated based on the number of used sessions, and a 10% administrative fee will be applied to unused sessions.

Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

• In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, please contact us directly, and we will review your case on a compassionate basis.
